If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if provided), the contents of your message and any property information you choose to share. We do not currently operate an online enquiry form or take payments through this website.

Why we use information

We use enquiry details to reply, decide whether to discuss a property, and retain an appropriate record of business correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the business, subject to your rights and interests. We do not use this website to collect marketing opt-ins.

Who processes it

Our website is delivered and secured using Cloudflare. Our business email is hosted by OVHcloud. These providers may process technical or correspondence data on our behalf. Technical requests may contain IP addresses and browser information used for security and delivery. Please refer to their privacy information for more details.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence for the time reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and maintain business records, and review it periodically. We delete information when it is no longer needed, unless a continuing relationship, dispute or legal obligation justifies keeping it longer.

International processing

Technical hosting and email providers may process or access personal data outside the UK. Where international transfers are involved, these are governed by the relevant provider agreements and applicable data protection safeguards.

Your rights
